Which port?
- Southampton – the UK’s main cruise port, with several terminals; Heathrow is the nearest London airport.
- Dover – Western Docks, mainly Northern Europe and the Baltic; London City and Gatwick are the nearest airports.
- Tilbury – the London International Cruise Terminal on the Thames, the closest cruise port to central London and to London City Airport.
- Portsmouth – Portsmouth International Port, east of Southampton along the south coast.
- Harwich – Harwich International Port in Essex, closest to Stansted.

Luggage
A sedan takes four passengers and three large suitcases, a First Class Sedan the same in a quieter car, a van six passengers and four large suitcases, a First Class Van six and five, and a minibus up to 16 passengers and 10 large suitcases.
Two couples with two large cases each are more comfortable in a van than a sedan. The price is per vehicle, not per bag.
Booking tips
Add the ship name and terminal from your cruise documents. For the return, book a pickup from the terminal on disembarkation day; the meeting point is in your booking confirmation. If you fly home the same day, leave plenty of time between disembarkation and your flight.

Yes. Any address can be the destination; it is priced on the booking form.
Can I cancel?
Yes, free of charge until 24 hours before pickup. Your card is only authorised when you book and is charged 24 hours before the journey.
Is the price per person?
No. You pay once for the whole vehicle, whether one person travels or the car is full.
