Airport Transfers with Children

An airport transfer with children is mostly about two things: the right seats and enough space. Both are arranged when you book.

Child seats are free

Baby seats, child seats and boosters are free of charge. Add each child’s age in the booking notes (and their weight if you know it), so the driver brings the right seats and fits them before you get in.

Choosing the vehicle

A sedan takes four passengers and three large suitcases, a First Class Sedan the same in a quieter car, a van six passengers and four large suitcases, a First Class Van six and five, and a minibus up to 16 passengers and 10 large suitcases.

A family of four with a pushchair and four large cases fits better in a van than in a sedan; child seats take up seat space too. The price is per vehicle, so a van for four people is still one fare.

Arriving with tired children

Your driver follows your flight and waits in arrivals with your name on a sign. The first 60 minutes after landing are free – time for passport control, baggage and a nappy change without watching the clock. The driver helps with the luggage to the car.

Leaving for the airport

Families usually need more time at the airport: add half an hour to your normal plan. Book the pickup the day before so the morning is calm.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can we bring our own child seat?

Yes. Mention it in the booking notes so the driver does not bring one.

Is there room for a pushchair?

Yes. A folded pushchair fits in every vehicle; with a lot of luggage as well, choose a van.

Can I cancel?

Yes, free of charge until 24 hours before pickup. Your card is only authorised when you book and is charged 24 hours before the journey.
