How much time to allow
Add up three things: getting through passport control and baggage at the first airport, the drive, and check-in and security at the second. For a connection on separate tickets, airlines usually recommend several hours between flights; leave more if either flight is long-haul.
If your first flight is late
Your driver follows the arriving flight; the first 60 minutes after landing are free. If a late landing puts the onward flight at risk, contact your airline straight away.

A sedan takes four passengers and three large suitcases, a First Class Sedan the same in a quieter car, a van six passengers and four large suitcases, a First Class Van six and five, and a minibus up to 16 passengers and 10 large suitcases.

Yes, free of charge until 24 hours before pickup. Your card is only authorised when you book and is charged 24 hours before the journey.

No. You pay once for the whole vehicle, whether one person travels or the car is full.
