Booking and prices

How is the price worked out?

The price depends on the route and the vehicle, not on the number of passengers. You see the full price for every vehicle as soon as you enter your pickup and destination, and that price does not change after you book.

Are airport parking and waiting included?

Yes. Airport parking and the first 60 minutes after your flight lands are included in the price.

When is my card charged?

At booking your card is only authorised. It is charged 24 hours before pickup. If you book less than 24 hours ahead, it is charged straight away.

On the day

What happens if my flight is delayed?

Add your flight number when you book. Your driver tracks the flight and adjusts the pickup time, and the 60 minutes of free waiting start when your flight actually lands.

Where will I meet my driver?

In the arrivals hall, holding a sign with your name. Your driver’s details and contact number are in your confirmation and in My Bookings.

Can I bring a lot of luggage?

Sedans take up to 3 large suitcases, vans 4–5 and minibuses 10. If you are unsure, choose the next size up or tell us in the booking notes.

Do you provide child seats?

Yes, free of charge. Add the children’s ages in the booking notes so the right seats are fitted.

Changes and cancellation

Can I cancel?

Yes, free of charge up to 24 hours before pickup, in My Bookings. Within 24 hours of pickup the booking is non-refundable.

Can I change my booking?

Yes, with at least 48 hours’ notice. Contact us with your booking reference.
