Event and Conference Transport in London
Conferences, product launches, galas and concerts all end the same way: a crowd leaving at once, taxis in short supply and trains full. Pre-booked cars, vans and minibuses take your guests to the venue on time and are waiting at an agreed point when it ends.
Conferences and exhibitions
For delegates flying in, we book one transfer per arriving flight, with a name or company sign in arrivals. Between hotels and the venue, a minibus takes up to 16 people per trip. ExCeL London is about 15 km from central London and close to London City Airport; Olympia is in west London, nearer to Heathrow. From central London, a sedan to ExCeL costs about £48 and a van about £71, per vehicle.
Galas, launches and dinners
For evening events, the cars wait and take guests home or back to their hotels at the end. First Class Sedans and Vans suit speakers and VIP guests; see chauffeur by the day.
Concerts and sports
At stadiums and arenas, roads around the venue often close after the event. We agree a pickup point outside the closures; allow a short walk to reach it. For the season’s big days, see Wimbledon, Royal Ascot, Twickenham and the Chelsea Flower Show.
Planning several vehicles
- Send us guest numbers, pickup addresses, flights and the event times through the contact page or to [email protected].
- We suggest the vehicles and confirm a fixed price per journey or for the whole programme.
- Name a contact on the day, so drivers can reach the group if plans change.
Fixed prices
Prices are per vehicle and fixed when you book. They do not rise after the final whistle or the last encore. Cancellation is free until 24 hours before each pickup.
