Wedding Transport in London: Guests, Couple and Late Returns

On a wedding day, transport is mostly about timing: guests arriving from abroad, the ceremony at a register office or church, the reception somewhere else and a late return to the hotels. We plan modern cars, vans and minibuses around your programme, with drivers who wait at the venue and take everyone back at the end of the evening.

What we can arrange

• Guests arriving by air: one transfer per flight, with the driver waiting in arrivals with a sign, flight tracking and the first 60 minutes after landing free.
• Hotel to ceremony to reception: a minibus for up to 16 guests per trip, or several vehicles for larger weddings.
• The couple and the family: a First Class Sedan (4 passengers) or First Class Van (6 passengers), with the driver waiting during the ceremony.
• Late returns: the drivers wait and take guests back to their hotels when the reception ends.

We provide modern vehicles. We do not offer vintage or decorated wedding cars; if you hire one for the couple, we can still handle all the guest transport around it.

London venues

Register offices such as Old Marylebone Town Hall and Chelsea Old Town Hall are popular for civil ceremonies, followed by a reception elsewhere in town. Many couples choose hotels in Mayfair or Kensington and Chelsea for their guests; a minibus loop between the hotels and the venue keeps everyone together. For country-house venues outside London, we bring guests from the London hotels or straight from the airports.

2. We suggest the vehicles and a schedule and confirm one fixed price.
3. Add flights for guests arriving by air; we book one pickup per flight.
4. Give us a contact on the day, usually a planner or a friend of the couple.

Summer weekends book up first, so ask early.

Children

Child seats are free on request; give the children’s ages with the guest list.
